Radisson Hospitality AB launches €250 million notes offering
Radisson Hospitality AB (publ) ("Radisson Hospitality") announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Radisson Hotel Holdings AB (publ), intends to offer €250 million of senior secured notes due 2023 (the "Notes").
Radisson Hospitality AB intends to use the proceeds from the issuance of the Notes to repay outstanding borrowings under existing credit facilities and for general corporate purposes, including to fund its five-year operating plan, to carry out further investments and to create a liquidity buffer.
The Notes are expected to be listed on the Official List of Luxembourg Stock Exchange (for trading on Euro MTF).
