Alcron Restaurant at Radisson Blu Prague once again received the Michelin Star in 2014
Prague, 13 March 2014: The Alcron restaurant at Radisson Blu Hotel, Prague has once again received a Michelin Star. Winning a Michelin Star for the second time is an incredible success since there is no higher appraisal in the world of gastronomy.

The Executive Chef of the Alcron restaurant, Mr Roman Paulus, needs no introduction. He has built a great reputation for himself and the Radisson Blu Hotel through his masterwork. “We are all delighted to have received the prestigious Michelin Star again. It is an incredible recognition of all the hard work that goes into delivering a service and standard, like at the Alcron restaurant. The Alcron restaurant was opened in 2000 and is arranged in the Art Deco style in the same way as the interior of the Radisson Blu Alcron hotel. Sitting in the room with only 24 seats you can enjoy watching the walls decorated with dancing couples painted by Tamara de Lempicka. The unique feature accentuating the magic of the whole evening is embodied in the original fireplace from the 1930s.
