Radisson Blu awarded as Sweden’s Best Hotel Service Provider
Radisson Blu, one of Europe’s largest upper upscale and world’s leading hotel brands, has been awarded Swedish ServiceScore Award 2015. See the full listing at http://servicescore.se/. It is for the third consecutive year that Radisson Blu wins this prestigious service award.
Since 2012, research company ServiceScore has conducted a number of nationally representative surveys measuring how Swedish customers perceive the service from companies and organisations active in a wide range of industries. Despite tough competition from other leading hotel chains, Radisson Blu was crowned the big winner in “Hotels” category.

More than 3,500 Swedish customers participated in ServiceScore’s surveys this year. The surveys were conducted using a nationally representative sample and were done together with research company Cint. In total, 130 companies from different industries were evaluated based on the service the customers feel they have received in relation to their expectations.
