“Safety and comfort of our guests have always been the undisputable priorities for us. Our guests, many times, came back to us with comments confirming how safe they have felt in our hotel and how much they have enjoyed their stay with us. We always use our best efforts so that all of our guests spending time at our hotel feel safe at any time of day and night" - said Olof Karlsson District Director Radisson Blu Poland and also General Manager of the awarded hotel - Radisson Blu Centrum Hotel, Warsaw.

Since 2001, when Safehotels Alliance AB has been created, the organization is running safety audits within hotels all around the world. The organization is aiming at setting global safety standards for the whole hospitality branch. Safehotels AB has created a global network of experts who run very detailed audits within hotels in order to guarantee high consistency and quality of the safety within the properties. The unique method of the audit involves analysing the safety of all people being present at the hotel, procedures and the safety policy at each hotel, as well as the intervention speed and the employee training- resulting at 200 separates elements that make up the final and crucial element: safety system.

Safehotels audit is concluded on yearly basis. Due to Safehotels certificates guests can easily recognise hotels, which put the main emphasis to safety and security issues. It is a crucial distinction not only for business or leisure guests, but also for all type of organizations and companies planning an event or a conference with a hotel.

"I must admit that the granted award gave us the enormous satisfaction, especially that we received this award as the only hotel in Poland in such crucial area in our branch which is safety." - Karlsson added.
